Portrait of Ingemar Anderson

INGEMAR ANDERSON

GROWTH‑CATALYST — TRANSFORMATION‑STRATEGIST — TECHNOLOGY‑VISIONARY

Hi, I’m Ingemar Anderson—a lifelong innovator who turned curiosity into a 35‑year adventure in tech, business, and big‑idea problem‑solving.

I cut my teeth on electronics at a German trade school, earned a computer‑science bachelor’s degree in Rosenheim, then crossed the Atlantic for an MBA in finance at California Lutheran. Since then, I’ve hopped between continents and industries, wearing every hat from project‑rescue firefighter to AI evangelist.

I founded Reprospace, which began as an old‑school print shop and now hums with AI‑driven design, programming, and publishing tools. My team and I have slashed turnaround times, grown revenue, and proved that a legacy business can absolutely reinvent itself.

Before launching my ventures, I rolled out SAP across Europe and the U.S. with Capgemini; shepherded medical‑device software through FDA approvals at Calypso Medical (now Varian); led mission‑critical projects at Boeing via Sila Consulting; and managed global EDI for Siemens with stints in Tokyo, Cupertino, and Munich.

Along the way, I’ve led a 300‑member Chamber of Commerce, keynoted on book publishing and AI, and built a reputation for translating bleeding‑edge tech into plain‑English wins.

What lights me up?

Complex challenges, diverse teams, and that “aha” moment when a clever process tweak unlocks real‑world value. If you need a project shepherd, transformation strategist, or technical wingman who speaks both C‑suite and code, let’s talk—I'm always up for the next great adventure.
